1. Bodyweight Squats
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and lower your body as if sitting into a chair. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
2. Push-Ups
Start in a plank position and lower your body to the ground, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Aim for 10-15 reps.
3. Plank
Hold a plank position for 30 seconds to a minute to strengthen your core muscles.
4. Lunges
Step forward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are at 90-degree angles. Alternate legs for 10-15 reps.
5. Glute Bridges
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
6. Jumping Jacks
Start with feet together and jump while spreading your legs and arms. Aim for 30 seconds to a minute.
7. Stretching
